Since 1977, Dement Construction Company has specialized in highway and heavy construction throughout the Southeast. Our business is primarily focused on bridgework; although, we are also heavily involved in asphalt paving and grading as well. Based in Jackson, Tennessee we bid and perform work in a multi-state region with the various state Departments of Transportation, Corp of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, City and County governmental agencies, and other public and private entities.
