Since 1977, Dement Construction Company has specialized in highway and heavy construction throughout the Southeast, particularly bridgework, asphalt paving and grading. Based in Jackson, Tennessee, we bid and perform work in a multi-state region with the various state Departments of Transportation, Corp of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, City and County governmental agencies, and other public and private entities.
